Payment Policy

• ₹5,000 per person – Non-refundable booking deposit (if booked 60 days or more before departure)
• 50% of total tour cost – Due 45 to 31 days before departure
• 100% of total tour cost – Due 30 days before departure

Note:

• Tour price is based on a minimum of 15 adults traveling together.
• If group size is less than 15, the per-person cost may increase.
• The group tour may be cancelled or adjusted if minimum passenger count is not met.

Cancellation Policy

• ₹5,000 per person – Non-refundable booking deposit
• 50% of total tour cost – If cancelled up to 30 days before departure
• 80% of total tour cost – If cancelled 20–30 days before departure
• 100% of total tour cost – If cancelled less than 20 days before departure

All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days after deducting cancellation charges.
